Thoroseal® resists both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure, enabling it to waterproof both interior and exterior surfaces.

Thoroseal® creates a low-cost, low-maintenance, highly durable water barrier that is resistant to damage from impact, abrasion, and mildew.
It can be overcoated with a variety of Thoro® decorative finishes.

 Acryl 60®
An acrylic-polymer emulsion that is mixed with portland cement mortars, plasters, stucco, and concrete mixes.
Acryl® 60 improves the adhesion, cohesion, tensile, compressive, and flexural strengths of these cement-based materials. This nonyellowing, water-base material is suitable for applications interior and exterior, above and below grade.
Acryl® 60 produces a hard, strong, and fast cure for a wide variety of concrete-repair and cement-based coating materials.

 HLM 5000®
HLM 5000® is a one-component, moisture-curing, bitumen-modified polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane for exterior below-grade or between-slab applications. It is available in 4 grades for application by trowel, squeegee, roller, and spray. HLM 5000® comes in a variety of grades for different applications:
- HLM 5000® SL (self-leveling) is formulated for application by squeegee to horizontal areas.
- HLM 5000® T (trowel) is formulated for application by trowel to vertical surfaces.
- HLM 5000® S (spray) is a specially formulated version of 5000T for spray application.
- HLM 5000® R (roller) is formulated for application by roller to vertical and some horizontal surfaces.
