Or, Take Advantage of our E-Line Program

You’ve shopped around for the best product for your project. You’ve planned for it, and now your ready for it to happen. But there's just one little problem…

You’ve never done this before, and regardless of all that you’ve been told, you feel a little bit uneasy about going for it. Or maybe you are in the middle of a project and a question comes up and you’re not certain what to do about it. If this describes you, then this free program is just for you.

To make ’E-Line’ work for you, all that you need is a computer, a digital camera and you’re ready to go.

What is e-line?

E-line is a new and exciting program offered by the trained staff at Cascade Block. By using the resources on-line, as well as our knowledgeable staff, we walk with you step by step throughout your project, and give you advice on how well you are doing.

Its free and you can take your time doing your project, knowing that we are right there beside you.

How does it work?

Step 1. Purchase the products that you need from one of our stores or through any of our dealers located throughout Southern Oregon and Northern California.

Step 2. Send a digital photograph to e-line@cascadeblock.com along with a description of your project and what you are trying to accomplish. You will then receive a response back, usually within 24 hours, (Monday—Friday only, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in this program), telling you what to do first.

Step 3. After you complete that phase of your project, send another digital photo, and your work will be reviewed and any corrections or adjustments that need to be made will be addressed. Show a photo of the corrections, and then we will go to the next step...and the next...and the next until your project is completed! Its that simple!

So, what equipment and programs do you need to have? Obviously, a computer and a digital camera with a minimum of 4.0 Pixels. The ability to download and print articles, so Adobe Reader should be available.

It is very important that you read the disclaimer below and understand clearly that the information which we will give is solely based on your description and quality of photos, so don’t be surprised if we ask you for additional photos or for further clarification if we have a question about your project. Because of that fact, we are not assuming any responsibility for your project, as these are recommendations only.

Remember, your e-mails will be reviewed and answered in the order in which they are received, so there might be times when you will have a delayed response.
